Refund Policy

At Hung OK, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we have a strict refund policy to prevent abuse.

1. General Rule for Digital Products

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital files (source code, templates, UI kits) and instant-access micro-courses, all sales are generally considered final once the download link is generated or the course is accessed.

2. When We Issue Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our products. We will gladly issue a full refund within 14 days of your purchase ONLY under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same product twice.
  • Technical Issues / Corrupted Files: The file you downloaded is fundamentally broken or corrupted, and we are unable to provide a working replacement file within 48 hours of you reporting the issue.
  • Product Not As Described: The product is drastically different from what was shown in the demo video or product description.

3. When We DO NOT Issue Refunds

We cannot issue refunds for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind after downloading the files.
  • You do not have the necessary software (e.g., Figma, VS Code) or basic technical knowledge to use the product, despite it being stated in the product requirements.
  • You bought the product by mistake but have already downloaded the assets.

4. How to Request a Refund

If your situation meets the criteria in Section 2, please contact us at hello@hungok.com with:

  1. Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
  2. Your Lemon Squeezy Order Number.
  3. A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund (including screenshots if you encountered a technical error).

Refunds are processed via our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
